The Italian news portal "agenziastampa.net" published an article entitled "Khojaly Genocide".

The article contains comprehensive information including the history of the Karabakh conflict, Armenia's occupation of Nagorno-Karabakh and 7 adjacent regions of Azerbaijan in the early 1990s, the horrific genocide committed against civilians in Khojaly on the night of February 25-26, 1992, and the Second Karabakh War happened on September 27, 2020, which ended the condition.

The article also includes the views of Russian journalist Yuri Romanov and Azerbaijani neurophysiologist Kamal Ali, who accompanied the Azerbaijani reporter Chingiz Mustafayev, who filmed the bodies of Khojaly genocide witnesses and Khojaly people who were massacred in February 1992, on Armenian atrocities.

It is stressed that one of the organizers of the Khojaly genocide, former Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, admitted what they had done in the city in an interview with British journalist Thomas de Waal. Armenian writer Markar Melkonyan wrote in his book dedicated to his brother Monte Melkonyan, one of the perpetrators of the Khojaly genocide, that Armenian soldiers killed civilians in Khojaly.

It was noted that several countries around the world have officially recognized the genocide; nevertheless, former Armenian presidents Serzh Sargsyan and Robert Kocharian, as well as other high-ranking officials, who were personally involved in the horrific crime, have not been prosecuted yet.
